how did you get started ?
it started when I found out that there are amazingly useful, fashionable items that moms were inventing that had not found their way into the mass market. A passion within me started to grow for creating a website that would be a source of multi-faceted support for moms. I found that I could create an outlet for these undiscovered inventions that moms needed to know about.

favorite product you use at home ?
i use my Peanut Shell Baby Carrier all the time with my daughter to free up my hands while keeping her close. It is so stylish, easy to use and functional.

greatest challenge as a working mom ?
i work from home which presents the unique challenge of making my family routine and business needs successful on a daily basis. I have a few full time assistants that work out of my home which helps a lot. It can get a bit crazy at times though. The phone will be ringing, kids crying, UPS man at the door, ahhhhhhhhh (serenity now)! It is so fun though, I honestly love it! Balancing my time and getting enough sleep (because most of my work is done at night) is also always a challenge (email me between 8PM and 12AM and you will likely hear back right away:)!

favorite family activity?
we love reading stories together. I used to be a second grade teacher. I acquired so many great children's books during that time that we practically have a full scale library at home!

spring must have?
hmmmm, you know for as much product buying as I do for my website I really don't shop much for myself (besides my weakness for clothes). I got some new Mary Jane crocs recently though that will be great this spring!

Hunter & Ashlyn's favorite Easter treat?
chocolate chip cookies (oh wait that's my favorite). Oh well--they never seem to complain when I pull out the big Sam's Club tub of cookie dough!
